बुकिंग व ॲडव्हान्स रक्कम

  • 50% ॲडव्हान्स भरून आपली सीट बुक करावी.
  • उर्वरित रक्कम टुर निघण्याच्या 15 दिवस आधी भरावी.
  • ऐनवेळीस सीट रद्द केल्यास ॲडव्हान्स परत केला जाणार नाही परंतु बदली सीट स्वीकारली जाईल.
  • 3 ते 10 वर्ष्याच्या मुलांना 60% आकार पडेल परंतु बसण्यास स्वतंत्र सीट मिळणार नाही.

रद्द करण्याच्या अटी

  • प्रवास रद्द केल्यास कंपनीच्या नियमांनुसार कपात करून उर्वरित रक्कम परत केली जाईल.
  • प्रवासाच्या 15 दिवस आधी केलेल्या रद्दीकरणावर कोणतीही परतफेड होणार नाही.

प्रवासासाठी कागदपत्रे

  • देशांतर्गत टूरसाठी ओळखपत्र (आधारकार्ड/पॅनकार्ड/ड्रायव्हिंग लायसन्स) आवश्यक आहे.

अनपेक्षित परिस्थिती व बदल

  • नैसर्गिक / अनैसर्गिक आपत्ती, दहशतवादी घटना, राजकीय अस्थिरता, वाहनाचा तांत्रिक बिघाड, दंगली, रास्ता रोको, मोर्चा, स्थानिक जत्रा / उत्सव आदी कोणत्याही कारणामुळे यात्रेतील कोणत्याही दर्शनीय स्थळांचे / मंदिरांचे दर्शन न घडल्यास त्यास आयोजक जबाबदार राहणार नाही व त्यापोटी यात्रेकरुना कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आर्थिक परतावा आयोजकाकडून मिळणार नाही. अशावेळी यात्रेच्या दैनिक कार्यक्रमानुसार पुढील प्रवासासाठी यात्रेकरूंना रवाना व्हावे लागेल. व टुर वेळेतच पुर्ण करावा लागेल.
  • सहलीच्या यशस्वीतेसाठी टूर आयोजकास सहकार्य अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे ही विनती. दैनिक कार्यक्रमात फेरबदल करण्याचा अधिकार टूर आयोजकाचा राहील.
  • गव्हर्मेंट कडून होणारे सर्व पर्यटन स्थळांचे ऑनलाईन तिकीट ( रोपवे / दर्शन पास / हेलिकॅप्टर / इतर) बुकिंग न झाल्यास आयोजक जबाबदार राहणार नाही ही नम्र विनंती.

कंपनीचे अधिकार

  • सहली मध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारची गैरवर्तणुक किंवा नाहक त्रास दिल्यास त्या यात्रेकरूंचा तेथेच प्रवास रद्द केला जाईल व त्यापोटी कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आर्थिक परतावा आयोजकांकडून दिला जाणार नाही.
  • नियमांचे पालन न करणाऱ्या प्रवाशांना टूरमधून वगळले जाऊ शकते.
  • सर्व प्रवाशांनी टूर मॅनेजर व गाईड यांच्या सूचनांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे.
